We're a crew of nine that does one kind of work: heating and cooling in old Philadelphia houses.
Most of what we do is routing. We spend more time with a tape and a flashlight than most firms, because the answer in a rowhouse is almost always in the building: a closet, a chase, a joist bay. Then we draw it, price it and build it.
